Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued, if Pancake Pleasures is provided with 24 hours notice via email (info@pancakepelasures.com.au), prior to the delivery/pickup date scheduled.

If an order is requested to be cancelled within the 24 hour period, we are happy to offer a full credit note to use within 12 months. 

Orders CANNOT be cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery/pickup or during the delivery.

When a refund has been processed, it may take between 1-10 business days for the money to successfully processed into your account.
